Where do you deliver?
- The ELEFTHERIOU EL eSTORE currently ships to addresses to the following countries for retail orders:
- Countries of the E.U.
- Rest of the World
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
- All orders placed are dispatched within 7 business days, depending of item availability. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as issued from ELTA. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.
Which courier is used for the shippment?
- All domestic and international orders are shipped with ELTA.
How long will it take it to arrive its destination?
- Delivery of items varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.

What happens if you deliver while I am out?
- Prior to the delivery date, ELTA will contact you in order to confirm your presence at delivery address. If, however, you are out or away during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number in order to for you to contact them and make further arrangements.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
- If after a reasonable time period (1 month) you have not received your order, please contact ELTA and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact us at email@example.com.
How can I track my order once sent?
- By visiting ELTA website (http://www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx) and inserting your tracking number in the relevant field.
