This representation shows the Deer Hunting Scene from the Mycenaean  Jewelry. The gold signet ring was found in the Grave IV, Grave Circle A, Mycenae, dated 16th cent. BC and is currently displayed at the National Archaeological Museum. The ring shows an archer targeting a deer from a two-horsed chariot. Signet rings were precious objects and may have been used by the Mycenaean rulers as personal seals.
