The return policy of the company is as follows:

What happens if the item bought is defective?
- Before buying a product, we follow all quality assurance practices. However, in case the item is delivered with a defect, the product must be returned to us within 7 days after receipt. The product will be checked by our quality control team and after confirming that it is a defective product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee or customer can select to replace it with another one of equal value.
- In case of a defective product due to misuse, the customer enjoys the benefits of our Extended Maintenance Service, so the customer will only be charged shipping costs. All necessary repair works will be performed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
- During product return, you must include all paperwork and packaging and valid proof of purchase. Upon receipt of all necessary components, the amount of your payment will be refunded or the item will be repaired and returned to you, depending on the defect.
What happens if I change my preference?
- A change in the product can occur up to 7 days after receipt, the product must not be altered or damaged in any way or form.
- This applies also to all papers and packaging which should be returned along with the product. Once we receive all the above, we will reimburse the full amount or you can choose another product.
How do I return my EL product and get a refund?
- If the item was picked up locally, you will need to visit our store in order to receive a refund within 30 days from the purchase. You must have with you a valid proof of purchase and the product must be in its original condition, as new.
- If the item was sent to you by shipping, you will need to send the item including its original packaging and supporting documents back to us within 30 days from the purchase. You must send with the shipment a valid proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition, as new.
- In case of change of preference you will be charged with all expenses but in case of returning a defective product, we will bear the expenses.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over 75euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I exchange my EL product?
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are happy to exchange any items purchased from our store or estore. In all cases, a valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the item(s) must be as new.
If the item was picked up locally, you need to visit our store in order to make the exchange. We might still exchange the item(s) without a receipt, at our discretion, at the current price.
