Where do you deliver?

• The ELEFTHERIOU EL eSTORE currently ships to addresses in the following countries for retail orders:

1. Greece
2. Countries of the E.U.
3. Rest of the World (excl. USA)

What is the Shipping Cost?

Greece enjoys free shipping on all orders regardless of order value. All other destinations are charged a flat rate of €8.00 for orders under €250. Free shipping applies automatically for orders of €250 or more worldwide.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

• All orders placed are dispatched within 7 business days, depending on item availability. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as issued from ELTA. Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.

Which courier is used for the shipment?

• All domestic and international orders are shipped with ELTA.

How long will it take to arrive?

• Delivery of items varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.

What happens if you deliver while I am out?

• Prior to the delivery date, ELTA will contact you in order to confirm your presence at the delivery address. If you are out during delivery, the courier representative will leave a note with a local contact number so you can make further arrangements.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

• If after a reasonable time period (1 month) you have not received your order, please contact ELTA and provide them with the tracking number you received by email. If this does not resolve the situation, you can contact us at info@eleftheriou-el.com.

How can I track my order once sent?

• By visiting the ELTA website (http://www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx) and inserting your tracking number in the relevant field.
